Nestled among the golden hills of the Maremma, Essence du Soleil is a luxury villa of approximately 300 sqm, designed for those who wish to experience the most authentic Tuscany in its brightest, most exclusive, and most relaxed expression. A private oasis where elegance, nature, and well-being exist in perfect harmony.

A spacious entrance leads into a winter garden, a luminous heart that gracefully separates the living area from the sleeping quarters. The interiors open onto a grand triple living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, conceived for those who love refined conviviality. Outdoors, an elegant al fresco living space allows for lunches and dinners of up to 30 guests, immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside.

The sleeping area features a master suite of approximately 50 sqm and three additional double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and a private outdoor lounge, offering moments of complete privacy.
On the first floor, a bright twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom completes the residential area.
On the lower level, naturally lit, the villa reveals its most intimate side: a private SPA with sauna, a relaxation lounge, a private cinema room, a laundry area, and an additional spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside, more than 2 hectares of private gardens surround the entire property. The magnificent infinity pool dominates the landscape, offering breathtaking 360° views over the Maremma, endless sunsets, and an atmosphere of absolute peace.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is offered with an exclusive service: a dedicated staff of four people, present from Monday to Saturday in two shifts (09:00–15:30 and 17:00–23:00), ensuring a flawless, worry-free experience.
